The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys building relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and business stakeholders.Job DescriptionAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as a key partner to recruiters and hiring teams by coordinating interview logistics and supporting the end-to-end hiring process. You will act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from interview scheduling through pre-boarding.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate virtual, onsite, and travel-related interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teamsServe as the primary contact for candidates throughout the interview processManage verbal and written communications with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, and external partnersSupport pre-employment processes, including background check coordination and hiring contingenciesFacilitate interview-day logistics and ensure a positive candidate experienceTrack candidate workflow activity and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and other business toolsPartner closely with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership to support hiring strategies and executionAssist with pre-boarding activities and new hire onboarding preparationGenerate reports and maintain recruiting data as neededSupport special projects and additional talent acquisition initiativesQualificationsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and ExcelExperience managing calendars, interview scheduling, and coordinator-level scheduling activitiesStrong customer service and customer operations experience with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experienceExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExperience working with database systems and maintaining accurate recordsAbility to troubleshoot scheduling, candidate, and process-related issues effectivelyStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needsDemonstrated ability to work with a bias for action in a high-volume environmentAbility to interact professionally with candidates, employees, leaders, and third-party vendors at all levelsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential informationPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or hiring teamsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience coordinating background checks and other pre-employment activitiesFamiliarity with Workday Recruiting, Workday HCM, or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systemsExperience using recruiting, scheduling, or workforce management softwarePrevious experience coordinating interviews and supporting high-volume hiring initiativesAdditional customer service, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition coordination experienceBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
