Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage a coordination process whereby agency customers are involved and kept current on the status of assigned projects.
• Provide oversight, strategic support and continuity to IT projects to ensure proper transfer of strategic plans to the operational level.
• Plans, directs, manages, coordinates, reviews, and monitors large-scale IT projects and programs; determines project scope and resource allocation.
• Serve as a senior technical authority and consultant on urgent project requirements, workload priorities, and technology initiatives.
• Develop policies, standards, and guidelines related to agency architecture and technology programs; manage IT contracts and procurements.
