• Provide advice and assistance to management on IT, telecommunications and audio-visual systems to meet business requirements.
• Manages complex IT, telecommunications, AV and IT-related projects with staff and headquarters.
• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents; troubleshoot hardware/software/LAN configurations to determine root causes.
• Perform independent analysis of major regional information processes and operations; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the OCIO and staff to interpret and implement IT requirements; serve as COMSEC manager or alternate.
• Oversee operations of automated systems that provide secure communication and computing information for programs and staff.
