Qualifications

• No formal education requirements, but advanced degrees may substitute for experience.
• Education must be from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Foreign education must be evaluated for equivalence and uploaded with the application.

Responsabilités

• Perform full range of IT Financial Strategy and Investment Branch duties for STEPG IFSIB.
• Provide guidance on IT/IM budget formulation using a collaborative approach.
• Serve as OCIO liaison with program offices and business lines.
• Support briefings to OEDO, regional offices, OMB and other agencies on IT budget formulation and execution.
• Analyze agency resource allocation decisions for short- and long-term planning.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and analysis of IT budget across year ranges.
