Job summary

MDW Associates seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and support IT projects from planning through execution, emphasizing schedules, risks, and performance. This federal program requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance.

The role is remote eligible with periodic on-site support at Quantico, Virginia. Candidates should have strong technical writing, stakeholder management, and experience directing multiple technology workstreams; PMP or related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple technology projects or workstreams and producing executive-ready status materials.
• Strong technical writing, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and Microsoft Office skills.
• U.S. citizenship required per government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, performance measures, cost information, and status reports for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate project reviews, working groups, and stakeholder meetings; prepare agendas, briefings, minutes, and trackers.
• Draft and edit technical documentation, including project plans, policies, procedures, standards, user guides, reports, and briefings.
• Support process assessments, root-cause analyses, after-action reports, SOP development, change management, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Monitor project performance, compliance documentation, budget, and delivery risks; provide recommendations for leadership.
