Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation in Johnstown, PA or remote, seeks a Lead Program Analyst – IT Project Manager to guide enterprise projects from concept to completion. You will define scope, manage budgets, develop detailed plans, and drive risk mitigation while collaborating with engineers, researchers, and business professionals.

Your experience across SDLC, BRDs, functional specs, and MoSCoW prioritization will help deliver complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive IT Project Manager experience.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and managing technical projects including app development, system implementation, and cloud migration.
• Experience translating complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Ability to produce and manage BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to facilitate MoSCoW prioritization with stakeholders.
• Experience with change control processes for requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills for cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
• Define scope, objectives, and resources with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks; communicate status and solutions.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to meet financial targets.
• Facilitate regular meetings and report progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor other project managers and team members.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
• Ensure deliverables comply with policies, governance, and quality standards.
