Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive technical programs across multiple teams and locations within the IT Portfolio. The role emphasizes PMO alignment, rigorous governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management while working remotely.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT project management, PMP or equivalent certification preferred, and solid English communication along with strong cost/effort modeling using Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of IT project management, program management or portfolio management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of Agile project methodologies experience.
• Excellent written and oral English communications.

Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Reporting: monitor status, issues, milestones and risks with clear reporting.
• Coach and support project teams to follow PMO processes and on-time delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and issue management across integration and deployment efforts.
• Drive program governance, templates, policies and tools to improve organizational capabilities.
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from demo to deployment across all phases.
• Work autonomously to manage daily activities and track program success metrics.
