Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years IT Project Manager experience.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall.
• SDLC knowledge and software project management.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Experience producing BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• MoSCoW prioritization experience.
• Change management process experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
• Define scope and resource allocation with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks; communicate status.
• Manage budgets and track expenses.
• Facilitate regular meetings and report progress.
• Provide mentorship to other PMs and team members.
• Gather requirements into actionable tasks.
• Drive process improvements; ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure deliverables meet policies and quality standards.
