Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation in Johnstown, PA or Telecommute seeks a Lead Program Analyst-IT Project Manager to lead the complete project lifecycle across enterprise IT initiatives, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closing.

You will define scope and resources with stakeholders, develop plans and budgets, manage risks, mentor peers, and ensure delivery aligns with governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years IT Project Manager experience delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and experience managing development, deployment, and cloud migrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with MoSCoW prioritization and change control processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
• Define scope, objectives, and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks; report status to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and financial targets for projects.
• Facilitate meetings; communicate progress and changes.
• Provide mentorship to other project managers.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Ensure deliverables meet governance and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
