Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a remote Senior Program Manager to lead a complex program, delivering on technical scope, schedule, and financial targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will partner with Business Unit leadership to shape strategy and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant professional experience.
5+ years of experience managing complex technology service delivery programs or projects.
Demonstrated experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project or program management tools.
PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Own all aspects of program performance, including technical delivery, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate program activities across multiple projects, teams, and subcontracting partners.
Develop and execute strategic program plans that align with organizational objectives and customer priorities.
