Job summary

Brooksource seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver large‑scale technology initiatives for Concurrent Technologies Corporation. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee vendors, and report status to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of IT project management experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive IT Project Manager experience delivering enterprise projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and experience managing technical initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience producing BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficient in prioritization techniques (MoSCoW) and change control processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
• Define scope, objectives, and resources with business and technical teams.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Identify risks, communicate status, and implement mitigation plans.
• Track budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Facilitate meetings and report progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor other project managers and team members.
• Convert business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet governance and quality standards.
