Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) seeks a Lead Program Analyst-IT Project Manager to oversee full project lifecycles across IT initiatives. You will define scope, manage plans, budgets, and risk, and mentor other PMs while delivering complex enterprise projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards, while fostering continuous improvement and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and managing technical projects (application development, systems, cloud migration).
• Experience translating complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Proficient in creating BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• MoSCoW prioritization to align with business goals.
• Change control processes for requirements; impact assessment on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at handling shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
• Define scope, objectives, and allocate resources with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks; report status and solutions to stakeholders.
• Control project budgets and track expenses against targets.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate progress to all levels.
• Mentor other project managers and team members.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices.
• Ensure deliverables comply with policies, governance, and quality standards.
