You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and strong business adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CS/IS/Engineering preferred.
• 8–10+ years IT project/program management in enterprise settings.
• Proven track record delivering CRM/SAP/ITSM transformations with global rollouts.
• Experience managing external system integrators and multi-vendor delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
