Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a visionary Head of IT Strategy & Management Services to lead the Diagnostics IT strategy, governance and transformation. You will steer portfolio priorities, operating models and enterprise-level decision making to enable growth and innovation across global IT functions.

You will build and lead a world-class team, partner with IT and business leaders, drive budget planning, risk management and regulatory compliance while shaping a scalable, secure technology

Qualifications

10-15+ years of IT leadership experience, with strategic and governance responsibilities.
Experience defining and executing IT/digital strategies and transformation programs.
Strong governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity oversight.

Responsibilities

Define and own IT strategy, governance and portfolio prioritization framework.
Lead DX IT transformation programs and operating model design.
Oversee budget planning, resource management and performance reporting.
Advise executive leadership on IT strategy and vendor relationships.
