Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead global, cross-functional transformation of software, digital, and hybrid healthcare offerings. You will align product strategy with planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, fulfillment, installation, billing, service, and lifecycle execution.

This business-led role defines how work is done across regions, partners with technology teams to enable scalable ERP, and drives optimization of digital inventory and entitlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, Supply Chain, manufacturing, operations, or business process transformation.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from definition through implementation in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience translating business needs into clear process requirements and partnering with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs across Supply Chain, manufacturing, commercial operations, product, and digital fulfillment.
• Own end-to-end value-stream and operating-model design from NPI and design transfer through demand and supply planning, manufacturing readiness, order management, fulfillment, installation, billing, service, and lifecycle support.
• Define the Supply Chain model for software, digital, and hybrid offerings, connecting product flows with digital entitlements, licenses, subscriptions, inventory, and delivery requirements.
• Lead NPI and design-transfer readiness for software and subscription offerings, ensuring clear requirements and sustainable handoffs to operations.
