You will translate priorities into strategic initiatives, collaborate with leaders across IT, finance, procurement, and external partners, and deliver executive-ready materials to inform technology decisions and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; preferred fields listed.
• 5–8+ years in IT strategy or related strategic IT roles.
• Proven ability to structure strategic assessments and business cases with tangible recommendations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and operating models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with hypothesis-driven analysis and market research preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Diagnostics IT strategy across IT and business units.
• Lead strategic assessments and evaluation of technology options.
• Structure complex questions and develop fact-based recommendations.
• Design and evolve IT target operating model and governance.
• Drive strategic measures from concept to implementation including cost optimization.

• Coordinate internal and external experts ensuring quality and timelines.
• Advance IT strategy methods and market intelligence.
