Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional IT transformation programs and ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget and quality. Qualifications

• 8-10+ years IT project/program management in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP) or ITSM transformations, including global rollouts.
• Strong governance, risk management, financial tracking, and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional IT projects (CRM implementations, SAP migrations) delivering on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Drive end-to-end project execution: planning, resource orchestration, risk management, dependency resolution across workstreams.
• Interface between business, IT, and external partners to align objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Drive senior stakeholder engagement, including steering committees and executive alignment.
• Manage external system integrators and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.
• Establish and enforce project governance: status reporting, escalation management, milestone tracking.
• Mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies with transparency across all program layers.
• Ensure business adoption by aligning delivery with end-to-end process requirements and change management.
