Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT transformation programs, including CRM implementations and ERP migrations. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, governance, and vendor performance to drive delivery that meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

In this role, you will act as the primary interface between business, IT, and external partners, ensuring alignment of objectives, priorities, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of IT project/program management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programs such as CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP).
• Strong governance, risk, and multi-vendor management capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects (CRM implementations, SAP migrations) end-to-end, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Plan, resource orchestration, risk management, and dependency resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Interface between business, IT and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Drive senior stakeholder engagement, governance forums, and transparent reporting.
