Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Engineering to lead a diverse team of mechanical, electrical, chemical and automation engineers in delivering complex capital equipment projects. You will drive technical direction, governance and supplier collaboration to enable robust manufacturing processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, expertise in process automation, and strong quality-system experience across a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on automation engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, design controls, validation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver the annual capital equipment plan.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in process automation for manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Manage cross-functional project portfolios and governance across engineering and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, validation, documentation and change management.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance and legal on sourcing and contracting for equipment.
• Represent the team in audits and ensure inspection readiness and corrective actions.
• Provide off-hour process support for mechanical equipment issues as needed.
