Job summary

Quantam Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in the Kentucky area. The role focuses on leading complex IT projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating across business, technical, vendor, and leadership teams to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including senior-level PM roles.
• Experience managing technology projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.
• Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience developing or supporting RF Ps, RFIs, POCs and technology evaluations.
• PM P certification or other recognized project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Gather and document project requirements while coordinating activities across stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare and deliver status updates, and communicate progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Proactively identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Manage project resources and support procurement activities, including budgets, invoices, contracts, and vendor deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, action items, decisions, and artifacts per PM standards and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
