Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years IT project management experience (senior role).
• Experience managing technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, milestones, risks, issues and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience developing or supporting RFPs, RFIs, POCs, and tech evaluations.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate requirements gathering across business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Manage project resources and support procurement activities including budgets and contracts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
