• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and four years of related experience, or equivalent combinations.

• Strong analytical, design, and implementation abilities; vendor coordination a plus.

• Oversee, plan, manage and coordinate complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead requirements gathering and SME duties for business solution applications across SDLC.
• Schedule status meetings, testing, and release planning with stakeholders.
• Prepare recommendations to inform executive decisions and optimize DSS solutions.
