GovCIO is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to serve as Deputy Director Special Operation Support Services. The position is fully remote within the United States, with a base connection to Fayetteville, NC.

You will direct all phases of programs, ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance, and coordinate contract-related activities. The role involves building proposals, managing staff, and coordinating with customers to meet milestones.

Competenze

• High School with 8 - 12 years (or commensurate experience)
• Clearance Required: Secret
• must have the ability to hold a Top Secret
• must have experience in supporting contract operations
• must have experience in program financial performance
• must have contract and subcontract experience
• experience in managing personnel and teams

Mansioni

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Leads program reviews with customer to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
