GovCIO is hiring a Senior Program Director to oversee a complex IT program. This fully remote role is US-based, with responsibilities including program planning, budgeting, and staff development to ensure alignment with federal compliance requirements.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage customer relations, and spearhead proposals and new business opportunities, while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
• Clearance required: ability to obtain and maintain FEMA Public Trust.

Responsabilités

• Directs all phases of programs from inception to completion.
• Oversees cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes.
• Prepares budgets, proposals, and operating plans.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities.
• Leads major proposals and business development.
• Sets milestones and monitors master plans and schedules.
• Directs cross-functional teams across technical and admin areas.
• Manages multiple programs and supervises staff.
• Forecasts program financial performance.
• Monitors funding and coordinates staffing plans.
