GovCIO is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to serve as Deputy Director Special Operation Support Services. This position will be located in Fayetteville, NC and will be a fully remote within the United States position.

The role directs all phases of programs from inception through completion, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance, and negotiating contract changes. You will lead customer reviews and help develop new business with the client while guiding staff across technical and

Competenze

• Clearance required: Secret.
• Must be able to hold a Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in supporting contract operations.
• Experience in program financial performance.
• Contract and subcontract management experience.
• Experience in managing personnel and teams.

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinates preparation of proposals, budgets and financial terms.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and leads reviews.
• Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.
• Establishes milestones and monitors master plans.
• Directs work of personnel from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Manages one or more programs and may supervise staff.
• Monitors contract, subcontract, and funding; forecasts financial performance.
