GovCIO is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to serve as Deputy Director Special Operation Support Services. This role is located in Fayetteville, NC and will be fully remote within the United States.

The candidate will Direct all phases of programs, manage cost and schedule, negotiate contracts, and coordinate proposals. It requires a Top Secret/Secret clearance and strong experience in contract operations and program financial performance.

Competenze

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience in supporting contract operations.
• Experience in program financial performance.
• Contract and subcontract experience.
• Experience in managing personnel and teams.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Air Force contracts.
• PMP or commensurate experience.

Mansioni

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinates proposals, budgets and statements of work.
• Leads program reviews with customers on cost, schedule and performance.
• Develops new business with the customer and expands product lines.
• Establishes milestones and monitors master plans and schedules.
