GovCIO is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to serve as Deputy Director for Special Operation Support Services. The role is fully remote within the United States and will be based in Fayetteville, NC for coordination purposes.

The position directs all program phases, manages cost, schedule and technical performance, and leads customer reviews. Strong contract, financial, and personnel management experience are required.

Competenze

• Clearance required: Secret.
• Must have the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in supporting contract operations.
• Experience in program financial performance.
• Experience in managing personnel and teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or commensurate experience.

Mansioni

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Coordinates proposals, budgets and contract terms.
• Acts as primary customer contact and leads reviews on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develops new business with the customer and monitors master plans and schedules.
• Directs work of personnel from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
