GovCIO is seeking a Senior Program Director to oversee a complex IT program in a fully remote role within the United States. You will manage planning, budgeting, resources, and compliance while guiding a diverse team to deliver on contract objectives.

This position requires strategic leadership and hands-on program execution with customer coordination. Responsibilities include directing all program phases, negotiating contracts, and developing new business opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's with 10-15 years (or commensurate experience).
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
• Clearance required: must be able to attain and maintain FEMA Public Trust.

Mansioni

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Oversees cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Leads contract negotiations and changes.
• Prepares proposals, budgets and financial terms for contracts.
• Acts as primary customer contact and leads program reviews.
• Develops new business with customers and expands product lines.
• Sets milestones, monitors master plans and resolves program issues.
• Directs multidisciplinary teams across technical, manufacturing and admin areas.
• Manages one or more programs of size and complexity and may supervise staff.
• Monitors staffing plans and participates in recruiting and hiring.
• Forecasts program financial performance and pursues follow-on opportunities.
