Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Peoria or Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams building software integrations across enterprise systems. This full-time role emphasizes modern architectures, security, and successful adoption of solutions.

You will manage 2-3 projects concurrently in a hybrid work model with 2 days onsite, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401k, and growth opportunities within a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience leading end-to-end program management within a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Proven ability to align teams and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

• Own successful completion of projects, ensuring on-time, within budget, and error-free delivery.
• Manage planning and execution of project teams across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project charter, communications plan, metrics, reporting, and budget.
• Support project teams from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain project management schedules and reporting artifacts.
• Lead change management efforts and drive timely decision-making.
• Maintain detailed schedules reflecting components, timelines, and costs.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to set completion dates.
• Monitor progress, communicate issues, and ensure corrective steps.
• Recommend solutions when challenges arise.
• Guide teams through creation of project charters and scope alignment.
