You will drive project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery of strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a track record of navigating complex organizations while maintaining delivery, quality, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of project management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams including stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, governance, and resource strategies.
Coordinate requirements reviews, dependencies, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Provide executive-level communications on progress, risks, issues, decisions, and recommendations.
Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks to protect scope, timelines, and quality.
Drive accountability and facilitate decision-making to achieve objectives.
Lead stakeholder communications, sessions, governance, and steering committee reviews.
Support Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to PM methodologies, governance, and reporting requirements.
Manage change requests, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.
Oversee vendor relationships and contractual obligations.
Support organizational readiness and change management activities.
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
