You will manage project plans for multiple divisions and support initiatives across engineering, operations, and supply chain. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and independent time management, with opportunities for training in MS Project and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the project life cycle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of business principles including planning and production methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and quality-check project plans in Microsoft Project.
• Facilitate project control and planning meetings.
• Track and follow up on project risks, actions items, and issues.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Participate in PMO staff meetings and collaborate with the team through email, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings.
