Job summary

NETWORK in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Enterprise Integrations Leader to steer the organization’s integration function and supervise a team of Integrations Administrators, Developers, and Architects.

You will oversee all system, data, and EDI integrations, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to drive operational excellence and digital transformation. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Advanced project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integration efforts across applications, data, API, automation, and EDI.
• Develop and enforce integration standards, governance, and documentation.
• Ensure secure, reliable, scalable integrations between enterprise systems.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for complex integration issues and incidents.
• Ensure security, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee projects with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
