Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead large cross-functional data initiatives from Milwaukee or Naperville. The role requires coordinating multiple teams, applying Agile practices, and managing program governance and delivery.

The position is hybrid with in-office work Monday through Wednesday and remote options Thursday and Friday, offering competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of program/project management experience for large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with experience leading ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Extensive experience with JIRA, including admin tasks, custom workflows, dashboards, and portfolio-level views.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large, cross-functional enterprise data projects across multiple teams.
• Establish and sustain Agile program governance including sprint cadences, backlog health, and release planning.
• Own program-level tracking in JIRA with dashboards and portfolio views.
• Partner with engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Drive executive-level communication and status reporting; translate progress into business impact.
• Facilitate change management and alignment across teams with different delivery models.
