Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration seeks an IT Project Manager to support an IT portfolio within a PMO for a government client. The PM will serve as the primary contact for IT projects, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with DHS security expectations.

Requirements include 5+ years in PM/PO roles, strong communication, and experience with JIRA/Confluence. This onsite role is based in the National Capital Region (Arlington, VA) with a commutable distance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager.
• Experience with agile business analysis techniques and MVP identification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary PM for IT projects and coordinate with government product owners.
• Ensure continuity of operations with PMO and Deputy PM.
• Manage, track, and report on all tasks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with government PMs, OCIO ITPMs, and stakeholders.
• Own IT security and privacy documentation.
• Be the main POC for IT projects with government PMs.
• Develop knowledge of systems to address security/privacy issues.
• Document records for new initiatives including AI groups and tech demos.
• Handle ad hoc workload assignments.
