Alpha Omega Integration is seeking an IT Project Manager to support an IT portfolio within a PMO for government clients. The role requires coordinating with program managers, government PMs, and OCIO ITPMs, and owning IT project tasks with a focus on security and privacy documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM/PO experience, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on use of JIRA and Confluence. This onsite/hybrid position is based in the National Capital Region (Arlington, VA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner or Project Manager.
• Experience with agile business analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at varied levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead meetings.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• The Information Technology Project Manager (PM) will ensure continuity of operations with the Program Manager and/or Deputy Program Manager.
• The PM will be primary point of contact for all IT Projects and will organize all tasks and work in order of priority with the government product owner.
• The PM will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on all tasks and is expected to utilize their required experience and skills to ensure compliance with HSI standards.
• Work with the Program Manager and/or Deputy Program Manager, Government PMs, and OCIO ITPMs to complete tasks.
• Take ownership of all IT related security and privacy documentation.
• Will be the primary POC for all IT related projects with government PMs.
• Become knowledgeable of all systems to be able to better direct and coordinate all security and privacy issues that may arise.
• Document and maintain records for new initiatives to include Artificial Intelligence working groups and new technology demonstrations.
• The PM will also be assigned workload on an ad hoc basis.
