Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking an IT Project Manager to support an IT portfolio within a PMO for a government client. The PM will coordinate with government PMs, OCIO ITPMs, and the product owner, ensuring security and privacy documentation is up to date.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM or Product Owner experience, a Bachelor’s in IT or business, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. This onsite role is based in the National Capital Region (Arlington, VA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years as PM or Product Owner.
• Knowledge of agile analysis techniques (interviewing, brainstorming, MVP).
• Experience with stakeholders at varied levels.
• Translating complex needs into deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of operations with the Program/Deputy PM.
• Primary point of contact for IT projects; organize work by priority.
• Manage, track, and report on tasks; ensure compliance with HSI standards.
• Collaborate with government PMs and OCIO ITPMs to complete tasks.
• Own IT security and privacy documentation.
