Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead large, complex projects or programs with multiple sub-projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

You will apply PMBOK methodologies, manage budgets, stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment, and coordinate with PMO and IT product managers to remove barriers and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5+ years PM experience OR 7+ years PM experience.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and large/complex project delivery.
• Experience tracking budgets and expenditures.
• Strong negotiation and political savvy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with SDLC and HCSC delivery models (OWF, Scrum, XP).

Responsibilities

• Lead large complex projects or programs with sub-projects.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including budget, schedule, and dependencies.
• Drive design, development, and implementation of IT projects.
• Build knowledge of IT products and lines of business.
• Set and manage customer expectations; escalate risks.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Coordinate with PMO/IT product managers and remove barriers.
