You will manage projects end-to-end—from planning and requirements gathering to budgeting, resourcing, vendor management, risk control, implementation, training, and go-live.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of IT project experience, clinical project implementation experience, and PMP certification or strong PMI interest.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple complex, enterprise-level technology projects within a healthcare environment. The role will manage projects end-to-end, including planning, requirements, budgeting, resources, vendors, risk management, implementation, training, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex IT projects following PMO/PPMO processes.
• Develop and manage project scope, plans, budgets, resources, schedules, and milestones.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and vendor SOWs.
• Coordinate leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
• Prepare project charters, status reports, RACI, budget trackers, and executive/steering committee presentations.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and successful implementation.
• Provide oversight and mentoring to junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Coordinate user training, documentation, testing, and go-live readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6+ years of IT project experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
• Clinical project implementation and management experience required.
• Experience managing complex projects in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with a large multi-hospital system preferred.
• Epic or Meditech experience preferred.
• PMP/PMI certification strongly preferred.
• Clinical education/training experience is a plus.
