Job summary

Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives across care and infrastructure lines. You will guide projects from requirements through execution, educating partners on PMO processes and disciplines.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while driving practical solutions and process improvements within a health services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Facilitate creation and collection of project documentation (charter, RAIDD logs, project plan, meeting notes, deliverables, etc).
• Develop project plan and status report based on templates, then use it to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Track project performance to analyze achievement of goals.
