Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional technology initiatives within a university setting. You will drive planning, governance, and delivery of complex projects spanning CRM, ERP, data integration, and cloud-based systems.

You will manage change strategies, stakeholder communications, and training, ensuring adoption and post-go-live stabilization while coordinating with business units and executives to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience in large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level technology projects (CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data integration, or cloud-based systems).
• Proven experience managing enterprise change management initiatives, including planning, adoption strategies, training, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple large IT projects across departments, aligned with university priorities.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
