Job summary

Insight Global''s client is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives, including a company-wide ERP rollout with Acumatica and upcoming AI projects. You will coordinate IT leadership, manage timelines and risks, and drive roadmap delivery across stakeholders and vendors.

You will oversee Agile delivery, Jira workflows, and executive updates, while ensuring collaboration between IT, business units, and external partners to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM/Program/PMO experience.
• Experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or cutover projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and project tracking tools.
• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the IT roadmap and strategic technology initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources across IT, business teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive accountability for project milestones and completion.
• Lead ERP and AI implementation projects and partner with internal teams and vendors.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards.
• Prepare executive status reports and communicate risks to leadership.
