Qualifications

• 5–7 years professional experience in technology or business fields.
• Certifications in ITIL, CSM, AWS preferred.
• Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of cross-team initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and continuous improvement of ITIL-aligned processes.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Learn quickly and be self-motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.
• Analyze applications to improve customer experience and provide practical solutions.
• Identify and implement automation for ITIL-aligned processes.
• Collaborate with business users, architecture and development teams to ensure effective application use.
• Lead and communicate status of cross-team initiatives.
• Develop metrics for improved measurement and reporting.
• Create and update documentation and train users on TS processes.
