Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.

• Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement ideas for ITIL-aligned processes.
• Partner with nuclear business users, architecture and development teams for effective application use.
• Lead, track, and communicate status of cross-team initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology, business teams and vendors.
