Job summary

Estrada Consulting, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations and modernization initiatives in California, with emphasis on SaaS deployments, data migrations, and complex system integrations, and with remote work options.

You will develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk logs, and governance artifacts while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in software or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise software projects, including SaaS or complex business systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, risk logs, and governance documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams, executive sponsors, stakeholders, technical personnel, and third-party vendors.
• Experience overseeing system implementation activities, testing, data migration, integration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, Prosci Change Management Certification, or comparable credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software implementation and technology modernization projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate internal project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation planning, testing, data migration, integration, training, and deployment readiness.
• Identify, track, mitigate, and elevate project risks and issues.
• Manage vendor deliverables, project quality, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate go-live preparation, cutover activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
