Job summary

Volantsoft Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations, SaaS deployments, system integrations, and business process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, risks, and implementation activities in complex organizational environments.

Experience coordinating multi-vendor deployments, UAT, training, change management, and executive reporting is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience delivering software systems and enterprise applications.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, SaaS deployments, or complex integrations.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Solid understanding of IT project management practices and methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with business users, vendors, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting the complete software implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams through planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including 90-day rolling schedules and executive dashboards.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with software vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Oversee configurations, data migration, validation, and testing activities.
• Maintain risk and issue logs, mitigation strategies, and escalations.
• Coordinate UAT, training, change management, and organizational readiness.
• Review vendor deliverables, project documentation, and change requests.
• Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Prepare status reports, executive updates, governance documents, and dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience, including implementing a variety of software systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise applications, SaaS implementations, system integrations, or complex business systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and project status reports.
• Strong understanding of standard IT project management practices and methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, vendors, executive sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting the complete software implementation lifecycle.
