Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-phase enterprise SaaS implementations from a remote US base. You will own end-to-end project execution, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and align senior stakeholders across customer teams and internal partners.

The ideal candidate has a PMP certification, 10+ years delivering complex SaaS projects, strong technical acumen with data integration and APIs, and excellent executive communication skills. Bachelor's degree required.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead complex customer implementations across enterprise software environments, ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, discipline, and strong stakeholder alignment. You will own end-to-end project execution, working closely with customer teams and internal cross-functional partners to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk. The position is well suited for a seasoned project leader who can bring structure to multi-phase technology initiatives and drive successful delivery outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $210,000 annually
