Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network systems and resolving computer, system and user problems, including compatibility conflicts and hardware issues.
• Experience installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals in multi‑platform environments.
• Experience providing one‑to‑one IT training.
• Good working knowledge of computer trends, software capabilities, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provides a wide range of technical assistance to system users.
• Assists in server maintenance and updates involving Hyper‑V usage.
• Installs software, hardware and cables, including non‑standard configurations.
• Manages day‑to‑day aspects of networks and server performance.
• Supports testing and documentation activities.
• Creates Windows workstations for deployment and repairs desktops as needed.
