Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent mandatory.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Vendor management and stakeholder communications experience.
• Comfort with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, execution oversight, and delivery to production.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate and track deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate alignment across IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage RAID logs and ensure governance and security alignment.
• Provide consistent project status reporting and executive updates.
• Maintain project documentation and delivery artifacts.
• Lead ServiceNow initiatives to improve processes and operations.
• Support IT Operations and Service Desk initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate vendor-led implementations and transitions.
