Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Technical or Project Management within IT Operations or Infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving systems, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools, including JIRA, Monday.com, or SmartSheet.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive conversations and build consensus.
• Experience gathering and refining business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to define project requirements, risks, and success criteria.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Facilitate project meetings, track progress, resolve blockers, and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Act as a technical liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
