Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Project Manager to oversee remote customer projects in the Boston MA area. You will work with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and leaders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

This full-time role requires 4+ years in IT project management, strong communication, risk management, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Proficiency with ServiceNow and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 4+ years of IT project management experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating multi-stream projects across locations/vendors.
• Proven on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change controls.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern customer projects from initiation to closure using PMO processes.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Lead client kickoff, governance, and closeout meetings; report progress.
• Maintain RAID logs and manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, vendors, and customer resources.
• Monitor financials, billings, revenue, and forecasts; report variances.
• Manage change control and ensure adherence to scope.
• Ensure asset delivery and administrative closure.
• Use ServiceNow and other platforms for project data.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements.
